Alon Kahana

Alon Kahana, MD, PhD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon. He founded Kahana Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery, based in Livonia and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Kahana also serves as the Chief Editor of Frontiers in Ophthalmology: Oculoplastics, Orbit and Trauma, and the Vice Chair for Academic Affairs in the Department of Ophthalmology at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Dr Kahana is a consultant for BioTissue Ocular, Inc., Miami, FL., and Alumis, Inc., and serves as Principal Investigator on several clinical trials unrelated to the topic of this article.
