The Ophthalmologist Power List returns for its 14th iteration in 2027 – ready once again to celebrate the people making their mark on the field.
And, as always, they must be nominated by you: our readers, friends, and followers.
This year, we’re looking for those ophthalmologists whose ideas, research, innovations, and leadership look set to transform the profession in the years ahead – that is, the ophthalmologists in the vanguard.
Their work might be opening up a new area of research, reimagining clinical practice, advancing technology, improving education, widening access to eye care, or challenging the way ophthalmology is currently understood. Whatever form it takes, we want to recognize the people whose influence is only just beginning to be felt – but whose impact could be profound.
